Located on the first floor of the popular Verdemar building, this apartment has one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. It is renovated and decorated in a modern style . In the living room and in the bedroom there is air conditioning. The kitchen is open to the living room and it has an oven, cooker and microwave and a bar with high stools for eating.  
Located in the Parador area, it is surrounded by a good range of shops and services and the closest beach is a few meters away. The Balcón de Europa is less than ten minutes away on foot and is an ideal place not to use the car. A/C:
