### Nerja apartment ideally situated near the Parador, beach and town

Verdemar has been privately owned for many years and has recently been upgraded and refurnished (including air conditioning) to a high standard. It is in a superb location overlooking the sea and comprises a fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner two bedrooms, one with separate toilet and wash basin, family bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea, gardens and a communal pool.  
 Full Fibre Wifi is also available. The communal pool is available April til October.
