From the residential area, you have direct access to the beach through a gate, where you will find all necessary amenities: restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, small supermarkets, as well as water activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, and paragliding. The center of Nerja is also within walking distance or can be reached by bus, with a stop close to the house. In front of the property, there is a private parking space for your exclusive use during your stay. Casa Natalie offers a living room with a fully equipped modern open-plan kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The spacious 20 m² terrace features an outdoor dining area with a table, 4 chairs, sun loungers, and a retractable awning that provides shade so you can enjoy the wonderful views of Burriana Beach, the Mediterranean Sea, and the mountains.
