"I flew in to CMH around 1am and called the hotel for the shuttle. He was there to pick me up in less than 5min! Then the sweet woman at the front desk made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed since it was late and there was nothing open to get food or to buy anything I may have forgotten. She was personable and friendly. Breakfast was perfect and check out was quick! The rooms were clean and quiet. I will absolutely stay again!!"

Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness. My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff. "
