Frangipani Water Garden Villa is a peaceful lakeside retreat for up to 5 guests. This apartment-style villa includes a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and private bathroom, allowing your group independence. While the grounds are shared with other villas, your stay remains private within this villa.  
  
Inside, the Queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a triple bunk bed provide flexible accommodation for families or small groups. The kitchen comes with an oven, stovetop, fridge, and dishwasher. Ceiling fans and a balcony with water views add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking is available onsite.  
  
Guests can enjoy communal facilities including a swimming pool, grass recreation area, and river jetty with boat ramp and trailer parking. Additional amenities include shared laundry, picnic tables, and maintained grounds for social and outdoor enjoyment.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
