Some feedback: for the first 24 hours, our WiFi internet, travel guide, and TV weren't working. I called 2-3 times, however nothing had changed or was working. On the 2nd day, finally ...
The staff mainly are nice and helpful. They have a kitchen in our room with dining area but don't have utensils and dishes provided. The surrounding area is very old and is next to the hospital. If you don't mind, you may consider this hotel in Bangkok.
This hotel is very nice, well located, staff is frien
Overall ambience was good. We liked cleanliness and worthy price.
Relatively modern decor but charged for local phone calls which was unexpected. Not that close to much eating places.
Our room had a big bathroom with a great shower. I liked that the room had a washer/dryer and a fridge.
Very convenient to go anywhere near shopping center and the price is right! The restaurant should have more variety menu and updated. Breakfast should have more options. In the past usually got more food to choose in the cafeteria.
