"The manager on duty (Jackson, I believe) was very good at managing the situation. He made sure that I was alright and explained the steps that he took and is taking to help me. I was a bit frazzled, but he managed to step in with a great attitude considering the situation, called the local police and within half an hour he called me with the great news that my lost items will be delivered at 9:00pm, which they were. 5-stars "

"We were in Taipei for a concert and arrived at the hotel a bit early to drop off our luggage. The young lady at the reception,Linda, was very sweet and courteous. Some might say the hotel is outdated but personally, it reminds me a lot of the European boutique hotels. The room was clean and the bathtub was a bonus. Will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station and many of Taipei’s attractions. The staff were courteous and the food was okay in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes that would please people from many different cultures. If you wanted to shop, the Q mall is right next door with easy access to the train and metro systems."
