Our place was spacious and beautifully presented. They left beautiful fresh flowers around the room for us. We had a porch and a hammock. It was a great place to relax.

This place is great!! The pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers and there are butterflies everywhere. The owners are AMAZING! Owners and staff are so friendly and helpful! Everything was great and I loved it!

The rooms are quite large, each with a private porch (or balcony); the pool is large and has a lovely waterfall; the landscaping is lush and colorful; the best part of my stay was the staff and owners, who are so friendly and helpful.. and definitely the restaurant!!

Reach during Covid Quarantine
Nice location on the hill. The restaurant has good food/drinks at a reasonable price. Next door to Ricks so you have a great view. We saw pod of dolphins swim by during breakfast. Pool was clean. Has a waterfall and lounging area if wishing to stay out of sun. Buildings have 2 rooms. 1 up &1 below. Comfortable bed. Air worked well when needed. Had a fridge that worked and a coffee maker that did not. We would stay here again.

It was a great location to just relax. I was able to have a balcony with a hammock. Had my tea and swung in the hammock in the morning. If you like cottage style places this will be for you...

I love this place. It was clean and inviting. Customer service was great and the location on the cliff side is fantastic. Very close to Ricks cafe. They also have their own restaurant and bar directly across the street. I normally stay on the beach but this was a very pleasant change. I would recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Nice, quiet property just steps away from Rick's Cafe and another local pub. Good value, but it should be mentioned that the shower was dirty. My wife found clumps of hair on the floor and wall.

I liked that it was close to all amenities and Taxi service was very handy. I liked there was a breakfast place next door LTU. Very handy especially on your first day. Security service was comfortable and the pool area very clean. I really liked chatting with the cleaning staff. I wish you would have some kind of entertainment/beverage service in the evenings. It would be nice to occupy that beautiful pool side area in the evenings. Could get a little boring if you decide to stay in.

The whole property is falling apart. We booked a 2 BR unit with a/c & only one of them was working, they got a repairman to fix the other one the next day & spent an entire day trying to fix it before they gave up & put in a new unit. The bathroom door lock wasn’t working, we told them about it & they fixed it the next day, till then we basically had to be cooped in our bedroom when someone was using the bathroom. The bathroom door was rotting & was hollow from giant ants who had made a home inside. The ants seemed to come out at night & fester all over the bathroom floor, the sight of which scared the kids away from using the bathroom. When we told the mgmt, they took the whole door down & apparently sprayed it with some pesticide & put it back in. There were less ants after that but overall the whole stay was very disappointing & we felt cheated with all the good reviews we read about & becoz of which we booked there. Mgmt was good but stay left much to be desired. Would not recommend till they do a complete overhaul of the entire property.

Good day, Thank you for staying with us and we do apologize for the inconvenience you faced during your stay. Please note that there were persons in the room before you came and checked out on the same day you arrived, they did not have an A/C issue or reported an ant problem, because it was a holiday it took us a few hours to get a new A/C unit which we did everything in our power to repair/resolve the issue. If we had known ahead of your arrival then we would not have checked you into the room with those issues, the bathroom door knob was not broken before and we fixed it early the next day, as for the ant problem, I honestly have no idea what happen, when we pulled the door off and checked it, it was not hollow, the door is made from a material called salitex, there was no large opening, only a small hole which when we sprayed some insect spray on the door, a few ants ran out. We do not have an ant infestation and this is a one off situation. We try our very best to exceed our guest expectations but unfortunately there will be times when things happen that are out of our control. Once again I do apologize for your inconvenience, thank you for staying with us and we hope that your next trip to the island will be a more pleasant one.

Very homey and welcoming
Like staying at your Jamaican Aunt and Uncles place. Warm reception even at 2 am when we rang the doorbell on the gate and were greeted by the night security and Bella the dog who showed us to our room. The towels were the softest and the sheets the freshest scented I have ever experienced. The bed was very comfortable. We could totally picture ourselves returning for 1 month. We felt very fortunate to secure one o Catch a Falling Star Gardens 11 rooms.

Great room value!
Nice air conditioned room; very spacious with sitting area, refrig and in-room safe. Clean and comfortable; we were traveling with a large wedding group and everyone was envious of our choice of hotel...great spot!

Needed to drop off luggage before room was ready & when I came to check in my luggage was already in my room :) I like to stay in one room as the beds are to my liking & the staff came through again. Quiet, safe & basic :) This time around I should have gotten a room w/air as it was hot hot hot, but fan did work well with ceiling fan going. The staff is really nice & professional as well.

Paradise on a budget
In the heat of the Ja summer, the area on my porch adjacent to the pool was cool and breezy. No a.c. In the room but didn't need it! What a bargain! Fridge in the room meant I could keep breakfast, leftovers, and beer at little cost. Restaurant/bar across the street is colorful and laid back, with good food and an awesome view. Several other restaurants and bakeries are within 100 yds. As well as a very convenient convenience store.

Its a super nice hotel the dogs Are great, and the pool is super nice, great staff as well, ac was weak but who cares, I would go back and LTU a small restaurant is across the street its nice but spendy. Good place!

A GREAT OPTION FOR THOSE WHO LIKE PEACE AND QUIET!
It was nice and quiet. I often look for places that draw an older crowd and do not attract the party animal or spring breaker types. This was exactly what I was looking for. It had a nice layout to the room(s) and there were plenty of thick clean towels. It is an older property but since Catcha Falling Star took it over, they have brought it up to the classy standards they are known for by adding the little decorative touches, comforts, and conveniences. Shereece the Manager is a doll and a class act. I hope she is still there whenever I return again. Had a great time!

Negril's hidden paradise
This peace of heaven is conviently located and easy to get to by taxis etc... The only downturn is that there's no parking at that location, but the amount of privacy I got from this place makes it worth it and I wasn't planning on driving anyway. It mostly feels like a private home with an amazing balcony. Room gets cleaned everyday by housekeeping and I felt safe there. I will definitely go back again whenever I'm in Negril.
