"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was horrible - bland eggs, greasy bacon and sausage. Today they had yogurt, but no spoons. Orange juice was in a pitcher, and you couldn't stir it, so it was only Orange water. Housekeeping comes in every other day and picks up towels and cleans bathroom, empties trash. Doesn't make or change beds. I expected more from a Hyatt."
