#### Stunning home with all the amenities
This was the first time we have ever used Vacasa, the ease of check in and check out was excellent. The quality of home for the price was a pleasant surprise. The quality of amenities was excellent, everything seemed top notch. The location is almost unbeatable, it is minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Highly recommend this home.

Property was VERY clean! Looks exactly like the posted pictures. Beautiful Navarre beach is only 10-15 minutes away. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Pool is walking distance and is well maintained. Located close to stores and some restaurants. Big plus that it’s dog friendly! Experienced some difficulty contacting anyone to assist with minor issues, but overall it was a good experience.

#### Don't judge a book by the cover
When saw this house in the website it looks nice and looks clean, but on the day of check in we walked into a surprise we saw 3 dead roaches on the floor as we was coming in we thought maybe someone sprayed something but throughout our stay we witness more crawling on the kitchen counter and around our food. also they wifi information that was given was not correct so we didn't have wifi in the house. other than the roaches and wifi it was ok.

#### House Was Private… Neighbor Didn’t Get the Memo
We had a wonderful stay at this rental; the house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what our family needed. The rental company was excellent to work with and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The only downside was the overly eager neighbor next door. She greeted us the moment we arrived, then continued popping by and hovering near the fence and front entry throughout our stay, especially when we’d return to the house or simply step outside the front door. While she was friendly enough, she repeatedly offered to “call the owners” for us at the drop of a hat, even when there was absolutely no issue, and regularly inserted herself with “tips and advice” we never asked for and clearly didn’t need. It felt less like helpfulness and more like someone who couldn’t resist getting involved. We prefer to enjoy vacations privately, and having someone consistently inserting themselves into our trip, including knocking on our door at 7am before anyone was awake or had coffee, was more awkward than helpful. It came across as overstepping, not support. A couple of practical notes for future guests: while the kitchen is great if you plan to cook, don’t expect even the basics in terms of pantry staples, there wasn’t so much as salt or pepper. Also, the listing mentions a “starter pack” of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods, and that’s exactly what it means. If you’re coming with a bigger group or staying more than a couple days, bring some extras. To be clear, the home itself and the rental company were both fantastic. Just know that if you’re after total peace, privacy, and a fully stocked kitchen, you’ll want to come prepared, for supplies and for a neighbor who really enjoys giving advice, whether it’s needed or not.
