Sea Haven is a stunning four- bedroom, 3.5 bath home, located in a gated community. Only a short walk to the calm waters of the Sound (Intracoastal coastal waterway) or a two block walk, about half a mile, to the Gulf of Mexico's with its famous white sand beaches and its emerald green waters. This upscale-home offers luxurious features, such as wood flooring and stunning granite in the gourmet kitchen for your perfect beach vacation setting.
Sleeps 8 guests comfortably. The large master suite, is on the top floor, with a king sized bed. The bathroom has a soaker tub, 2 person shower is pure luxury. The 2 other guest rooms on the top floor have queen-sized beds. There is also a laundry room on the second floor. The main floor has one guest room with a king-sized bed with a full bathroom.
You will fall in love with the soft beach décor throughout the home. Upon entering, you will be welcomed with the first floor fully-equipped kitchen displaying granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, along with plenty of storage space and all equipment needed to enjoy your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the living room that has room for the whole family. You will enjoy having family dinners in the dinning room. Next to the living room is a stunning enclosed Florida room with views of the Sound. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee.
This beautiful beach home offers many on-site amenities. Enjoy the two decks offering outdoor seating for sunset or sunrise gazing. Experience ultimate relaxation at the community private sound beach, swim in the crystal clear community swimming pool (not heated) or simply relax in the community hot tubs bubbly waters. Located at the main entrance of this beautiful gated community.

#### Beautiful home and great location
The home is beautiful and very clean, beds are comfortable, a very well stocked kitchen. Loved that there are 2 king beds! Beach chairs and umbrella available, we rented a golf cart as well which was great. Loved being on the sound side and having the beach option at both. Rental company very easy to communicate with and they were very helpful and friendly when we needed things. Neighborhood was great. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub as they were cold. Used the fire pit and had a lovely night outside. Grill was charcoal but there was some bricks and lighter fluid available. Our few recommendations for improvements were well received and we would definitely return.

#### Management Good - But, House is not as pictured!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5\* for Mngmt Co-Chad & Dianne were very friendly & quick to respond to the issues we had. We have stayed in this area w/them before & was happy with our stay at that time. However, this time the house was not as described in photo. A few very important things for us that were missing; tv's in guest bedrooms; (Chad was quick to bring us 1) Coffee maker/iron & board (Diane was quick to bring) It did have a single Keurig. The outdoor furniture was not what is pictured,it was a big disappointment; chairs around fire-pit were broken down & unusable-had to use beach chairs,solar lights did not work We also raked & cleaned the area so we could enjoy. Only 1 back deck had old uncomfortable short chairs-one actually broke down when sat in. No table/chairs on bottom patio if you want to grill(charcoal) & eat outside. House was clean, but did find a few cat hairs(?) in M.bed & couch. Plenty of towels/soap/cleaning/dishes etc. Beds were comfortable. If big group, not much for beach gear. Need to ask for bikes, kayak, paddle board. You have to enter thru a musty stairway & the entryway to home is not ideal. A minor issue for us was that there were a few buddah items in the home, & w/being Christians, it did give us an unpleasant feeling. We did rent a golf cart & is easy access to beach. The view of the Sound is nice, (nice outdoor furniture would make it better) Easy walk to the Sound beach, which is beautiful. I would suggest, & did, that updated photos are needed, & a checklist would be great in making sure all needed items are already equipped w/out guests having to ask. (b/4 listing) Dianne & Chad are great & We would rent from Navarre Sands again, but not this house.

Great house, clean and absolutely stacked with chairs, wagons, grilles, beach toys, and pretty much every kitchen item under the sun. It felt like walking into grandma’s home so to speak. Would recommend.

Kitchen is nicely stocked (we cooked every meal here) but don’t forget your spices... Beach gear is plentiful and easy to get to. It really is just a short walk or drive to the beach access. Clean and beautiful house! Family of four with college aged kids.

Great house! Loved our stay! The only complaint we had is that we had to leave and go back home.. (Only real thing that was a bit annoying was the parking spaces being a bit small, but we managed just fine with two SUVs..)If we could've had space to back in our boat we would give it ten stars. Everything else was awesome. Will definitely rent again.
