This condo was perfectly located for us. Pool is right out the back door. You can walk out the back door or front, walk down the side of the building and you are at the beach. There are steps leading to the beach or you can use the hill next to it to drag your beach wagon if you have one. They do leave starter items, but you may want to bring extra toilet paper if you have a larger family. Don’t forget paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. May want to bring extra garbage bags. There are extra fans in the closet just fyi. My family likes extra blankets and there was only one extra, so I’d bring extra throws if you like those. They do have a coffee pot, but bring your filters, also have microwave and dishwasher. Living room tv is a smart tv just fyi. There’s a bedroom tv, but not smart- has cable though. WiFi worked fine. There were a couple of "problems": Frezer ice maker wasn't working and one of the closet's doors was out of the track we couldn't open.People on the apartment upstairs had kids running around and making noises at all times.
