Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. It has the largest resort swimming pool on Navarre Beach, charcoal barbecue grills, private beach access, a professional tennis court and a fitness center. This complex also offers covered parking, and it is within walking distance of all the beach activities, restaurants, and bars. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This unit was located on the elevated first floor, meaning we didn’t have to use elevators except for unloading and reloading. Parking is in a garage and it was convenient as well. The only problem was the beach was very crowded and this unit didn’t come with beach chair rentals. My husband would get up each morning around 430AM to set up our umbrellas and chairs close to the water, but this actually was better and more affordable than renting chairs!! Beach access couldn’t be any easier, close enough to run back and forth for bathroom or supplies. Chairs and Umbrella are available on the beach to rent, I highly recommend this service. Dryer only heats when set on quick dry otherwise clothes don’t dry. A/c turns off if door is open too long. It was off when we arrived and it was very hot. It was 98 degrees outside and not much cooler inside. Ceiling fan in living room only works if you manually start the blades running. Otherwise a great place we enjoyed our stay. Huge pool. Lots of space for everyone so we didn't feel crowded at all. Easy access to the parking garage, beach, pool without having to get on the elevator. I would love to see a few more utensils for the kitchen but overall a fantastic place to stay! ##### Paige H. Sound of the waves every night thru the sliding door- absolutely relaxing. The unit definitely needs updating- especially the patio furniture. It was rusted and held together with white tape.
