Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' From the moment you walk in you'll notice the open, bright and airy feel of this beautifully decorated condominium. This condo is on the first floor, but not ground floor as there is some parking underneath the building. condo 104 is only one of two condos in all of Summerwind Center featuring 20-foot ceilings giving the condo a grand entrance and a much bigger feel. The condo faces the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a palm tree theme in the kitchen and family room giving the condo a beautiful Florida accent. Enjoy the wraparound balcony where you can see both the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy with friends or take in the view of the Navarre Fishing Pier. All the bedrooms and the family room are carpeted. The front bedroom faces the waterway, has a TV, is decorated with bright green and yellow colors, and has an attached bath. The second bedroom also features a TV with a VCR. The primary bedroom has its own access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite bathroom has a tub and separates glassed shower, double sink and space around the bath to sit or decorate. There is a large chair to sit on beside the armoire. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room. There is plenty of seating in the den with a queen sofa bed. RESORT AMENITIES \-Multiple pools (one seasonally heated) \-Hot tub \-Sundeck \-Outdoor showers THINGS TO KNOW This tower’s exterior is currently undergoing off-season construction, including power washing and painting, which may affect this vacation rental during your stay. Specific dates of when and where the work is taking place are not available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check in process could have been explained a little better. You have to go a block away and check in at the Vacasa office. All the texts leading up to the stay were great but this could have been made a little more clear. Also, multiple texts saying if we can check in early we will be notified is kind of misleading if there is no intention to allow early check in. A few cosmetic blemishes, but nothing that made our stay any less appealing. It's on the first floor, so no long waits for the elevator and even when the elevator was down after a HUGE storm, 1 flight of stairs didn't hurt any of us. It is next door to the gym so plan on waking up early if the beefcakes decide to slam the machines very early in the morning. Location was perfect. The master bed definitely needs replacing…can’t even turn over without waking up because the bed is so so squeaky loud and the mattress needs replacing. The queen bed could also use a new mattress. Little disappointed that you can’t actually see the beach from this first floor condo because of the lay of the land. The pool is directly outside the balcony so there is a lot of action. We did enjoy the three bathrooms for our family of seven. Nice place to stay! ##### Sherry R. We love the location and easy accessibility. We have brought several friends and family members with us and like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. We love that the condo is next to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. For $1 you can walk out on it. I recommend going early in the morning...we saw dolphins, sea turtles, sharks, squid, and lots of different types of fish. The beach was beautiful and the kids had already returned to school in Florida so it was not too packed with people. We enjoyed Dewey's for dinner! There were a couple of cleanliness issues...the glass tabletop should be removed on the dining table to clean out the small bugs that have died underneath. We didnt notice this last year I assume because there was a centerpiece and placemats on the table. The shower curtain liner in the front room should be replaced as it has mold on it. The couch covers should be washed. We noticed a small blood stain on the large chair which we cleaned. Other than these small issues, we did have a problem with loud parties at the pool at 2am. This did not happen last year. When we called the office they gave us the number to the sheriff's department if it happened again and also said they would try to find out who it was and address them. It didn't happen again after we reported it. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely return! Tip: talk with the chair guy as soon as you get there. If you need extra chairs he will make you a weekly/ daily deal and reserve them for you each morning. You will want to be on the front row! ##### Bree M.
