We were not aware of the extreme extra costs when we booked and that happened several times while in Fiji, speaking to other travelers they said the same. We spent nearly $700 USD for our 4 day stay and when we arrived so many extra charges at 11pm charges in American came to $900 USD. It was a nice stay the beach wasn’t really clear or to swimmable and really that’s all you want when you travel halfway around the world. Everything else was nice. Just BEWARE of half of dozen extra costs when you arrive.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED STAYING HERE AT SERENITY ISLAND! I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone! The staff are so friendly with a special shout out to Junior and Phee who made our trip extra special with their beautiful smiles and glittery flowers! In general the staff were amazing and helpful, constantly trying to make our trip special! The rooms are fantastic and clean and would highly recommend the extra money for a beach Bungalow for fantastic views! The turtle cleaning and feeding are definitely aimed to entertain the kids but as a young couple, we enjoyed it if not more than the children! We were on the all inclusive package which 100% is worth it - we definitely got our moneys worth with Juniors and Jerry’s delicious cocktails! The food here at serenity island was freaking amazing and tasty however on the smaller portion size therefore wouldn’t say was worth the prices if we weren’t on the all inclusive package. My highlight each day was the 20.00pm staff singing! Such beautiful and talented singers!
I would 100% recommend staying here at Serenity island Resort especially if you looking for a romantic get away with your loved one! I will definitely be back someday!

"Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the ..."
