"My stay was really good. The room was spacious and well maintained and the staff were always helpful. The only negative was that there was not a microwave in the room and the front desk said there wasn’t one available in the lobby either. It really was a pleasant stay. "

"The hotel is very old and in need of significant renovations. We were quite concerned about the condition of the bathroom, especially the toilet, which was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as accommodating. The room phone did not work properly, and the hotel charges for local calls, which was unexpected. The location is excellent, but the property itself requires a lot of maintenance. To make matters worse, there were insects in the shower area."

No matter which direction you walk, you’ll find amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and great local spots to explore. Everything felt safe, vibrant, and within walking distance. It made experiencing Mexico City incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the action. The staff was also wonderful — very friendly, welcoming, and always accessible whenever I needed anything. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience.
