Idyllic vacation home in Havelland - nature, peace & lots of charm

"Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit im Westhavelland verbracht. Für unsere "Reisegruppe" (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) war das Ferienhaus sehr großzügig. Da wir gut organisiert sind, war das eher kleine Badezimmer kein Problem. Alles war sehr sauber und die Lage in der wunderschönen und ausgesprochenen ruhigen Gegend ist einfach traumhaft.Von der Lodge aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Havelaue. In den Abendstunden sieht man beeindruckende Sonnenuntergänge und man könnte meinen, man sitzt in Afrika. Es fehlen nur die Big Five von Afrika. Mit ein bisschen Fantasie erkennt man sie in den Kühen ;-). Einfach einzigartig und wunderbar entspannend.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert, freundlich und einwandfrei. Einziges Manko war das fehlende WLAN, was für uns jedoch nicht essentiell war. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"Klein,fein,geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man so braucht. Eine Woche sowas von Ruhe. Und der kleine Garten mit Terrasse und mit einer Wiese, eingezäunt, unser Terrier war den ganzen Tag draussen. Ruderboot und auch mal Baden im See. Einfach nur perfekt. Obwohl die Geschichte des Bruderhofes teilweise bekannt war, gab es vom Vermieter und vom Hausmeister noch sehr interessante Hintergrundinformationen.Vielen Dank Familie Michl"

"Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, was auf den Bildern im Inserat nicht so zur Geltung kommt. Jedes Zimmer bietet viel Platz und hat seinen eigenen Charakter bzw. Charme.Der Außenbereich erstreckt sich über ein sehr weitläufiges Grundstück mit Bereichen zum Sitzen, Baden im Hot Tub, Grillen und Liegen in der Hängematte.Badezimmer gibt es 2, eins mit sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne, sodass dort tendenziell auch 2 Personen gleichzeitig Duschen könnten."

"Unterkunft war sehr ruhig nur Essen gehen ohne Auto sehr schlecht wir sind ja Montag angekommen und es war in der Umgebung alles was mit Gaststätten war Montag zu.was schön war der See war 4min.zuerreichen und wir konnten mit dem Ruder Boot fahren und baden war auch schön."

"The hotel was magnificent! Our room was very large and spacious with a balcony to sit and enjoy the countryside. The food was incredible with very large portions. Home cooked and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was typical European and very tasty. We loved it there and would definitely stay again!"

"I was happy with the cleanliness of the room. The only problem with the room itself was the lack of air conditioning. That could have been mitigated if the windows had screens. The bugs that came in were large and biting. I had killed a spider that I felt crawling on me. I had some trouble checking in. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property. I had tried through Expedia to do so without a response. "
