Eden Hotel Amsterdam
10/10 Excellent
"Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Amsterdam. "
"Staff were incredibly friendly and even assisted with and upgrade when they saw it was a 6 night stay. It was my second time in over 10 years and the property was not only been well maintained it has even improved. Will return in the future. "
"We had a small issue upon arrival. The manager was very attentive and compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience. Staff overall were very good."
"We stayed here for two nights as a family of four and absolutely loved it. The place is clean, quiet, and spacious—more like a suite, with a separate room for the kids, which was perfect for us.
It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes by train from Amsterdam Centraal, with easy access to all major attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall great experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it felt like a home away from home."
"The Hotel Jakarta is a wonderful destination in Amsterdam. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a spacious and architecturally impressive interior, and a unique jungle landscape within the open atria, beginning on the first floor and extending to upper floors. The restaurant is outstanding, and far superior to most 4 or 5 star hotels in which I've stayed, with an interesting menu and high quality meals across the board. The rooms are elegant, modern, and although not huge, include all the amenities you need, including a flat screen tv that emerges from the baseboard of the bed, in some rooms!). The views from the hotel rooms to the adjacent waterways on both sides of the hotel are stunning, and a real bonus. Oh, let me add that the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and well-trained (and plentiful). The location of the hotel is also quite good, on a quiet island near downtown, but easily accessible by the #24 tram (or by Uber/taxi). Please check out the bar and lounge on the highest floor, even if it's just to marvel at the great views and the imaginative architectural style - great place to relax and unwind! Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and you'll enjoy every moment at the Hotel Jakarta! "
