"the fire alarm went off around midnight however that wasn't the problem. the problem was that there was no staff to assist anyone. one worker opened the door for everyone to go outside and one worker stayed in the bar with two gentlemen. there was no one else around. we got no instructions or information as to what was going on. the housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking or announcing themselves.
