We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Georgia. We had stayed in Tbilisi a week earlier and targeted a hotel in this area because of all the dining options nearby. The area is fantastic with a fantastic view across the river. Don’t miss out on walking to the sulphur baths and then up the river to the stunning waterfall. Breakfast was included and was good. The rooms are old fashioned and fairly basic but very comfortable.

My favorite hotel in Tbilisi! Will definitely come back again!
Loved everything about it: their delicious breakfasts, pristine rooms - so clean and there is everything you need there, wonderful hotel staff, and of course hotel's location is the best!
Walkable to all major places.
Recommend it to everyone who likes luxury stay!

Honestly, for the price over the new years and festive period, the overall return was good.
