Probably good for the price?
They wouldn't let us check in until 3, even though they were blatantly checking in other guests in front of us. We got a room with a connector door, which we heard everything from the room next to you. We asked to move, and all they did was move us to the other side of the loud people and that room had 2 connector doors on each wall!! So we just stayed in our first room. They say the pools open til 6, but they'll start getting ready to close it for the day way earlier. First day there, they closed the umbrella we were using at the pool around 4:30...Beach was nice, but a lot of seaweed and not many shells. They blast dance music, so it's not very peaceful. We practically had to beg the staff for a mask and snorkel even though on here it says they provide them for you. Cabanas were definitely worth the price. The drink service that comes with it was great as well as the automatic chairs and shade. TONS of aggressive seagulls all over. The only helpful people were the tour booking women. They helped us book a snorkeling trip and dolphin interaction which both were highlights of our trip. Everyone else staying here apparently got the memo to bring your own cup so you get more than a Dixie cup of booze. Pina coladas with dark rum were excellent. Food was good at all places, but again they all close way earlier than they say they will. We showed up at the Italian restaurant around 9:30, and they were hesitant to even seat us. Overall, was a small step up from a motel.
