Sophisticated style and eclectic design elements fill the space to create a zen filled retreat for any worldly traveler. Highlights include a covered porch, high ceilings, french doors, and a spacious backyard. Located between the 12 South and Wedgewood-Houston areas, you'll have the best of Nashville right at your fingertips! Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. This vacation rental features: Primary Bedroom with a King Bed-Sleeps 2 Guest Bedroom: Queen bed-Sleeps 2 Common space-Sofa Bed-Sleeps 2 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy. The home is all one level. There is a shower tub/combo in the bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Parking: There is street parking available in front of the home. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules.
