The renovated space is located on the second level, and features a private external entrance up the stairs on the side of the house, a queen sized bed, a full bathroom with a tub and separate shower, a cozy reading nook, a desk, a kitchenette, and a convenient location. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules.
