The Neighborhood:
This stunning home is located near a sought after pocket of vibrant East Nashville called McFerrin/Cleveland Park, that's just blocks away from some of Nashville's best restaurants...The Pharmacy and Red Headed Stranger, just to name a few. You'll be just down the street from East Nashville's Five Points area, and only 3 miles from Downtown Nashville, with easy interstate access to tons of other great neighborhoods.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. We booked the Julian to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. The communication was awesome in answering any questions that I had. I also appreciated the opportunity to check in early. The location is convenient to downtown, making access in and out a breeze.

#### Girls Reunion Weekend
The property is very clean and new. The living room and kitchen are are huge and great for hanging out. There is a great local pizza place Nashville Pizza and Pasta which delivers late and quickly and also makes Gluten Free pizza! The owners were very responsive and allowed us an early check in. The garage is big enough for 2 cars. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. There are LOTS of stairs so be warned. The bedroom on the ground floor feels a little isolated. We did occasionally hear other people late at night or early in the morning on the garage side which was disruptive. The decore was fun. There was no sponge in the kitchen. The neighborhood is clearly in the middle of gentrification so walking gets a little dodgy at times but Lyft/uber is plentiful and reliable. I would recommend this home and would stay here again!
