This million dollar plus house is located in the heart of Nashville - literally steps away from Music Row, Demonbreun Hill and Gulch bars & restaurants; and within walking distance to Vandy and all the attractions downtown. Newly constructed -- 4,000 square feet of beautiful indoor space, outdoor decks and covered patios means your group will have plenty of space to spread out. This spectacular modern luxury home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full and one-half bathrooms, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, spacious open concept living and dining room area, private garage, and three outside entertaining areas including a rooftop patio with an amazing view. A large open first floor with tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light greets you as you walk in the front door. There’s plenty of space for visiting with friends and family with numerous soft seating and dining options, a gas fireplace, and a 75-inch flat screen television. A wall of glass separates the living area from a beautiful outdoor patio with comfortable lounge furniture and a large teak table. Dining in is easy with our fabulous state of the art gourmet kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities – from sauté pans to dessert plates and everything in between. The kitchen area features barstool seating for 4 and the rustic dining table opens to seat 12\. Our beverage bar provides a selection of teas and coffee as well as various individually wrapped snacks. We have three large outdoor spaces for your enjoyment – a first floor outdoor covered porch and patio, a second floor covered porch and a third floor deck with a built-in gas fireplace. The home features furniture from upscale retailers like Restoration Hardware and West Elm as well as iconic Mid-century Modern pieces. Each bed has a memory foam gel mattresses covered in high-thread count bed linens. Each bathroom is stocked with soft thirsty Turkish towels and spa amenities. Two iron & ironing board sets, 5 hair dryers, make-up areas, and three sets of washers and dryers (including a sidekick for ultra small loads) make looking good easy. Extra personal items like toothbrushes, razors and toothpaste as well as makeup remover pads are stocked in the bathroom cabinets, free of charge. All four bedrooms have large closets and access to their own bathroom. Very few four-bedroom rentals offer four full and one half bathrooms! The third-floor master bedroom has two Queen metal canopy beds, a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV, full spa bathroom with double vanities, a glassed in wet area with a rain shower and soaking tub, and an oversized walk-in closet including a full-sized washer and dryer. Bedroom Two has a Queen Bed with a full bathroom. Two sets of Restoration Hardware bunk beds are in Bedroom Three. A full bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower with overhead rain shower is located nearby. Bedroom Four is the studio bedroom with a king sized bed, a kitchenette, a lounge area with 70 inch television, a desk, it's own three piece bathroom, a walk in closet and a washer dryer. Great location, wonderful amenities, the place is better than the pictures. However, her communication leaves much to be desired. 2 months before I asked if we could drop our bags off early. Barb said if no one was staying there the night before if wouldn't be an issue to drop the bags in the garage and provided me with a baggage company as well. A week before I inquired again as it seemed by the calendar that no one was renting the night before and I was told she wouldn't know about bag drop or early check in until day of, no problem. Day off I got the check in information and she stated we would not be able to even bag drop in the garage as cleaning staff would be in and out of it and she would let me know if they were done early. She never messaged me back at all and I didn't hear from her until the last day of our trip that she was putting her car in the driveway and then never again. Barb did not miss a thing when creating this home or the extras that surprise you at every corner. Right up to the heating pad for our daughters. It was our daughters wedding week and We were greeted with personalized things that made this nervous mother of the bride relax and enjoy the down time at the house. We had a group of 10 women and this house was perfect for us. It's well stocked with everything we needed plus extras, coffee, snacks, plenty of paper products. The rooms were all decorated beautifully and we loved all the outdoor spaces. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great dining, grocery and liquor stores and only a mile to Broadway. I had the pleasure of staying in this unit. for a bachelor party. The home was true to its description and very well maintained. Every bedroom was very comfortable and spotless.
