The outdoor spaces were great to sit and chat over coffee in the mornings looking out on the river. It is nicely decorated and well stocked with kitchen and bar items. The property is secure. It was an easy walk to Broadway. It is close to an active railroad bridge. You can hear the trains from the upstairs master but not the first floor bedroom. The place itself was clean, neat, large, had nice view and was well equipped except for TV. TV access did not include local network channels. We were not able to watch the World Series because it did not get FOX! ##### Judd H. Location was great - very walkable, close to Broadway, and 10 min drive to East Nashville. If you stay during summer months, there are several fans in the upstairs bedroom closet - you'll need them. The property is managed by VACASA. When I called to request more bath towels upon arrival (there were 2 towels provided for 3 guests on a 4-night stay) I was informed that VACASA policy allows for 1 towel per guest (they did not feel it was necessary to provide one to the 'minor' - who is 17 BTW) and could be laundered using the washer / dryer in our unit if we wanted fresh towels each morning. They did eventually drop off 3 more towels at 11PM after multiple calls, texts, and app chats expressing displeasure with their response. ##### Setrina H. It is a 15 min. walk to Broadway but a lot of homeless in the Park and living along the river. We walked to Broadway but always used Uber back after dark. We had a few questions on move in day, how to use the smart thermostat, codes for getting into the parking garage and we only had 3 dinner plates so we needed more. We tried messaging on VRBO site and calling. This house was actually managed by VACASA which means when you message or call you are forwarded to another country where the person has no idea anything about your actual condo you are staying in. They just answer you by reading a script which is not helpful at all. I would definitely not want to rent anything that is being managed by them again. We rent VRBO's several times a year and this is the first time we have had any issues when we just have questions on how to work something. Usually the management company or owners are hands on and are more than happy to assist. Good Condo but poor management! ##### Anita B. We enjoyed the location, it's fairly close to anything you want to do while being out of the fray of downtown. Uber was usually 7-10, a bit more Fri and Sat nights.
