Decent, cheap hotel not far from downtown.

Hotel was under construction. Noisy paper thin walls allowed all traffic noise and every door slam to be heard. Hard to keep a 6 month old asleep. Beds were like concrete. spend the extra money on a nicer hotel..

Outdated, under remodel, not the best place

Pros: I liked that the evening staff person was friendly. She was knowledgeable about the area as well.
Cons: Don't peer in people's windows in the morning. It is unprofessional, rude, and creepy. The hotel also really needs updates.
Location: There were restaurants nearby and convenient. That made eating out easy on our trip.
The room was decently appointed with enough space to feel comfortable, but the floor felt dirty underfoot. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. There have been remodel efforts recently, and the bathroom sink was beautiful... the toilet and shower area, though, was very lacking. The television offerings were slim. Parking was very minimal for the size of the hotel. The safety of the area felt sketchy. I wouldn't stay here alone as a single woman. During this time, the construction that is going on forced the office to be moved into a guestroom for a makeshift office. It was very tacky and didn't resemble an ounce of professional presence. The evening staff person was fantastic, fun, and friendly. We received late checkout, but it wasn't communicated to the morning staff. At 8am, we had someone trying to come in to clean, and checkout is not until 11 (late checkout is 12pm.) Then, at 11:10, the hotel office staff member was peering into our room through the windows. It was very rude and unprofessional.

Still Under Construction

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Office is crammed into one of the hotel's rooms adjoining the under-construction lobby, and much of their scant parking lot is taken with construction equipment. Once we got into the room and got the heat going, things were ok. That they didn't already have some base level of heat going for a reserved room when the night was going to be below freezing was a little off-putting. But, it was fairly inexpensive, and the room was clean enough.

A few things Missing!

Pros: The bed.
Cons: Hair Dryer Please!!! Internet Please!!!
Location: We were there for a specific concert at Lipscomb University.
There was no hair dryer. There was no internet connection even though they said there was. The bed was great. Even though it is right on the interstate it was quiet.

Quick ride to downtown

Stayed here and ubered to downtown for $12. Perfect for when you are just going downtown. I don't see the need in spending $350+ on a room in downtown when you can stay here for much less and be in downtown in 10 minutes.

Recently remodeled means under construction

Staff very unfriendly. Treated my family as if we were a burden when we asked for additional pillows and linens for bathing. They were out of pillows and we went to the local Walmart to purchase our own. Floors were so dirty that our socks were black. No breakfast since under construction so that was a negative. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known but I arrived late in the evening with a small child.
