Rooms not up to the mark. Old

Posted 20-Oct-2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Rooms need renovation
Rooms & furniture are very old. Though reasonably clean, but can be much better for a Quality Inn Standard

The staff was first rate. The building, not so much. You get what you pay for and breakfast was good

Adequate for sleeping

Posted 05-Oct-2015
Pros: Proximity to the interstate.
Cons: Update the facilities. It was dated and very basic.
Location: Franklin is a great area, and the location of the hotel was great.
We just needed a place to sleep for two nights, so it served its purpose in that regard, but I expected a little nicer facility. It wasn't horrible, but it was a little depressed. It seemed fairly clean, but it did not inspire confidence.

Quick girls trip

The hotel was in a good location right off the interstate. The staff was good, but that is about the extent of good in this place. Room was clean, but very dated in places. The room we stayed in had the shower head hanging out of the wall. It was not worth the $100+ price at all.

You get what you pay for

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, let us easily switch rooms when the first we were given had a broken lock. Outside of the hotel was a bit more sketchy than we were anticipating, but the inside was nice enough. Good breakfast. I did have to kill a cockroach on the floor of our room however.

It was ok for one night. Don't be fooled by the lobby.it looks brand new but the room definitely need work. Paint coming off the walls and hole in wall above the shower head

Good location

Posted 21-Sep-2015
The room, workers, location, and cleanliness were fine. Too many semis taking parking spaces. At times looked like a construction zone. The good points outweighed the bad. Would stay again.

Spend a little more elsewhere

Old motel, could use power washing. Room was clean. Appeared to have several weekly or monthly guests, some sleeping in vehicles. Didn't feel safe leaving room after dark.

Pros: the front lobby decor was nice
Cons: replace the carpet, replace the mattresses that looked very thin and hard, paint, update the decor, get better cleaning supplies, get pest control
We didn't stay here, we canceled our reservation upon arrival. Roaches were crawling up the walls. The hotel staff, a gentleman on the night shift, was very understanding and courteous. Corporate should invest more in their hotels/motels. The front desk area had updated decor and was very nice. However, the rooms told a very different story.
