After a long day of driving, the only thing that truly mattered to me was a comfortable bed and hot shower. This place delivered on that aspect. However, the room was extremely outdated and smelled of cigarette smoke. The directory even had cigarette burns on the pages. I mentioned the quality and condition of the room for the price to the staff at check-out (which were all very friendly throughout our stay) and was told they were in the process of renovating and updating the rooms. They seemed to be excited and long overdue, so good things for this place in the future. Would I stay again? Most likely yes because the staff was inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was great and temp was hot!

Your website said it had a pool. The pool was closed and has been for weeks. I feel I was mislead and will NEVER use your site for booking a hotel again. The temperature was in the 90's, I was working outdoors during my stay and picked this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the outdoor pool. I should have confirmed it independently, but I didn't, so that is my fault, but I now know that I can't trust your service for accurate information

Booked through hotel.com, ordered a king, but got a double. A/C leaked water when it was on high. Hotel is in deteriorating condition. Does not look like it had an update in a very long time.

Worst Check In EVER

Was not unable to check in until the following morning, having said that we were paid in full. Called the front desk late that night to let the person know that it would be a late check in , he said it was taken care of, went on to the jobsite and went to check in .....in the morning was told our rooms were not ready? Seeing as how we paid for the previous night and was told we were already checked in, person behind desk was rude and told Hotels.com that first we were in our rooms, then told them we were walking out, it was a nightmare because basically they got busted for renting our rooms out, it took over two hours to check in. Mad that the morning clerk was lying to hotels.com, considering we paid $1k for three rooms for three nights....I travel a lot and always have three or four rooms for a few days up to a few weeks....we will not stay here again

Pros: The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is very, very run down! The building is in bad shape, but the room was clean. Access to the hotel parking lot from Murfreesboro Road was awkward.
