The location was pretty good although it's a major traffic area and no sidewalk. Staff trying to clean rooms way too early and not too friendly

Temper Your Expectations, Solid 3

Pros: Comfortable bed, cheap drinks and snacks, right off interstate, Joe was a fun guy at check in and good for a quick conversation.
Cons: The rooms need to be renovated. Some of them are currently being worked on so maybe this is being addressed.
Location: Nashville and Franklin...
We had a good experience staying at this hotel. The facilities themselves are under construction/renovation and being such are not the cleanest; the room itself wasn't in the greatest condition with chipping along the walls and the trim, the tub faucet is not very secured to the wall, and the pillow cases had some hairs on them from some unknown person; and the wifi is incredibly slow and would cut out randomly to the point it became unusable. All that said, this hotel looked better than the others that were similarly priced and for the price I was expecting these kind of issues would be present. The bed was comfortable, the snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby were mostly $1.00, the location is conveniently located right off the interstate a quick twenty minute drive from downtown Nashville, and for the price paid my ladyfriend and I were pleased with the stay and would consider staying again in the future if we don't decide to opt for a more expensive but nicer place.

Pros: Wifi and breakfest where decent
Cons: Showers weren't not properly caulked had mold in the crack witch came out when I showered.
First things first, they are remodeling and adding on. The person had bit attitude when I questioned him about the construction going, said they would be continuing into next year and that the should stop at 6 p.m. more like 7:30 to 8p.m. When I stayed someone was up at 7 am going through and banging on doors waking ( most likely a or the construction crew) people up. Got little to no sleep. All I really ask in a a hotel a reasonable clean room bed and bath. Bed was fine a few stains on the top sheets but overall reasonable clean the bathroom at first glance looks clean but once I stepped inside the I could smell something was sure what it was till I took a shower. Get halfway through when I realize mold is coming out of the cracks of the the tub.You might have a better experience I did but I really can't recommend staying here even for the price.

Respected Susan, Thank you for leaving a review. We the limited information we had, we went and look at all our records to find any comments about a bed bug but were not able to find any note about a call to the front desk. However we do have all of our brand new beds covered with bedbug proof covers on both the mattress and the box spring. Additionally we do have monthly pest control with a National Pest control company that provide pest control in every room on a monthly basis. Black mold in shower, hole in wall, stains on couch, comforter and towels. Nothing about this place was quality.

Super close to everything we needed!

Pros: EVERYTHING!
Cons: Maybe some extra weather stripping along the borders of the doors, but other than that it was great.
Location: 10 minutes of less from Franklin. 40 from Nashville. You can find local eateries easily. Plenty of music and bars. Awesome views for pictures.
Rooms were recently updated. Your feet didn't turn black in minutes after being barefoot. The free breakfast and coffee along with other condiments were sensational! I had some great chats with who seemed to be the owner. Big fan of Mixed Martial Arts and self-improvement of body training. My guests and I had an amazing time. It's close to a lot of really excellent franchise eateries as well as some mom and pop places. The lobby had magnificent prices on food and drink during the day, and it was easy to find. Very quiet. Every thing was as comfortable and well placed as the local 4-5 stars which were triple the price. Super happy with our stay! The queen sized beds were hard to get out of because of their excellent coziness. And, if you're a traveling gamer... the televisions in the rooms are superb.

Comfortable stay

They have tore down their main building for a complete rebuild. The back wing will be destroyed after the new front building opens. They have replaced all the furniture in the old wing with really nice stuff. Breakfast was great sausage, eggs waffles etc. very clean eating area. Grounds are a mess, but that's expected during a rebuild. Price is right

Don't let the rough exterior deter you

We stopped in Franklin to do some shopping. We had reserved the motel online. When we arrived, we were a little shocked at the condition of the exterior. They are clearly in the middle of a remodel and building project. The outside looks like an older motel despite the fresh coat of paint. However, the inside was wonderful. The lobby and our room have been completely renovated and look fresh and modern. The breakfast was excellent and included biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage, in addition to the usual continental breakfast items offered at most motels. Our room was very clean, and the service was wonderful. We learned from the manager that they are in the process of building a new building. They had signed from the street that directed you to the lobby because the construction site and parking area are very confusing. Once they get the new building built, the property should be much nicer. In the interim, don't let the exterior keep you away from the interior. It was a great value, especially considering the hotel prices in the Franklin area.

Needs a lot of work and update. Paper thin bath towels. You definitely get what you pay for and even that was too much. Would never stay here again.

Staff/breakfast great, hotel a PIT

Location: Jack and Jameson's Smokehouse aas awesome
My husband refused to check in when we 1st parked. Can't believe expedia would even book that place! I'll admit the breakfast was decent but they had ONE employee running breakfast bar and front desk both. She was amazing.
