Price was low, and you get what you pay for.

Pros: The staff were very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is very, very run down! The building is in bad shape, but the room was clean. Access to the hotel parking lot from Murfreesboro Road was awkward.

It seemed to have a plumbing problem. All toilets barely flushed/didn't flush.

Was never told the pool was closed for renovation and the hotel was under renovation. There were at least 10-15 cherry picker trucks in the lot along with the workers who stayed at this hotel and they were noisy and throwing bottle caps down from the second floor. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Avoid at all costs!

Posted 22-May-2016 on Hotels
This was absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The first person tried to tell me there was no record of my reservation, thank goodness the other desk clerk said there was. There was construction materials all over the place which was impossible not to track in the room. The comforters were ripped and had large holes, there was brown sticky stuff on the bedspread, peeling paint and red spots on the bathroom ceiling, about a one inch diameter hole in the drywall around pipe where the shower head attached, the towels were stained, a big hole in one of the walls and room smelled musty. If I could rate a zero I would.

RUN!

Posted 16-May-2016 on Hotels
The pictures on the internet where NOT of this hotel-this hotel has not been updated or maintained since the 70's. Hotel.com where great when I called and Clerk at Hotel was VERY Nice cancelled my reservation without charge. We chose not to have to call Back(why Hotels.com could not of started looking for us a room why we where dealing with hotel and checking out I don't know). But we where tired so we drove 3 hrs back instead of waiting-not the girls trip I had planned!

Just traveling through. The place was a truck stop and we would never have stopped there. Way overpaid

I think I'm done with "Quality Inn"

Posted 05-May-2016 on Orbitz
Pros: It's just off of I-65 in Franklin, with restaurants and shopping close around.
Cons: The truthfulness of the description, along with everything else.
Location: It's just off of I-65 in Franklin, with restaurants and shopping close around. The area did not seem safe.
I used to think Quality Inn was a decent hotel. My last few attempts have been bad, and this one was pretty awful. This place dates from the 50s or 60s. The outside is dirty, and in rough condition. Our room was 60% ok. The bed was ok. It's just that there were numerous little things that hadn't been looked after. If you've stayed with Motel 6 much, this place would be below even some of their oldest properties--and you're paying $30 more a night! See that swimming pool prominently displayed in the pictures? The desk clerk says it's closed for good. So why show it? I also found out they're about to demolish and start over. Yep, they need to.
