No internet for the entire stay. When I checked on it earlier, they acted like it was news to them even though it was at least 24 hours without just in the time I’ve been here. When I checked on it tonight, the staff had a sign at the front desk that said they needed new parts and it would be fixed later. I told the guys at the desk 10pm on 4/10/24, that it hasn’t worked since I’ve been here, and he rudely just said, whatever, sounds conceivable. This hotel has just lost any future business from me from that rude ass at the front desk alone.

Suggest that employees eat the morning buffet after all the customers are served. We checked in late and Ina was very pleasant and checked us in quickly.

We had a late checkin and the lady at the desk was wonderful. Didnt catch her name but she had a great attitude at 2am.

Our room when we checked in had slim Jim’s open on the floor smelt like cigarettes in the bathroom. Dust everywhere. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel for vacation ever.

Very hard to find. You have to use another hotels driveway. Quality Inn sign is very small, and only 3 feet off the ground. I got there late. The shower did not work. They would not refund because of the shower. STAY AWAY

I had a problem getting checked in, but that seems to have been an Expedia problem. The main issue was that on my second night, I found a bed bug on the pillow and promptly left.

Rooms were cleaned nicely. Tub actually clean. Satellite channels sucked though. They kept loosing signal and the weather wasnt even bad. Other than that. Customer service great. Wil stay with them again.

Moldy musty smell.
The room had a weird smell. I dropped something and looked under the bed and found a pair of moldy slides. It was gross. The bathroom was spacious but the handicap shower chair attached to the shower was broken. They did replace it with a removable one. There was also mold on the bedside stands. Some patrons were pacing the corridors and smoking outside of their rooms which is better than smoking inside. One man scared me to death when I was trying to find the laundry facility. I booked it back to my room and he followed me seemingly almost to my room. We were around the back side of the inn

Didn’t LIKE DIRTY A/C-HEATING UNIT…FILTHY INSIDE & GLASS DOOR OF MICROWAVE OVEN & ROOM ON BACKSIDE ON GROUND FLOOR HAD NO WEATHERSTRIP ACROSS BOTTOM OF THRESHOLD. And when tried to bring these items to ATTENTION OF MANAGERS ON DUTY…? Them immediately said can give Us A REFUND TO GO ELSEWHERE. Then told them Oh No-o-o…WE DONE ALREADY PAID OUR MONIES FOR TONITE.

Wonderful prices, just staying a couple of hours before hitting the road again. Have my pup with me and it’s quite so no barking at any noise. Off of the interstate ( a little hard to actually find) they need to get a Bigger Sign. Would help people find the place.

They cleaned our room without disturbing our stay which could of been a clerical era but if not i love it also the free breakfast was really freaking awesome to me where i traveled from they do t so that at all reLly anymore and if so its additional charges we ate well the bed qhere pretty decent too
