It is also home to the iconic " I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE" mural a popular photo op for visitors. It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevire park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground. We are located in Hip 12 South Neighborhood in the building where Draper James clothing store is located right next to the I believe in Nashville Sign ! We provide free parking we try to limit it to two vehicles per unit . Our building is secure you need a code for entry and a code for for your suite. Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville. This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just steps away .
