There is a small amount of early morning traffic congestion due to a school that’s located about 1.5 miles from the townhouse. Townhouse is located in a very pretty area. Can hear golfers in the early morning talking and planes leaving the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings which is very shaded. Kitchen is well stocked. Stayed all week and did not receive a working key to locked pool, despite communications with Vacasa all week. It really put a damper on our vacation. Neither VRBO or Vacasa could help resolve the matter during our stay, which felt like a lack of access to amenities included with the reservation. Small discount was offered by Vacasa (under 100). The homeowner had to email the HOA to request a key. All of this took more time to deal with than expected and I did not receive a working key to the included amenities listed as part of the reservation. Unfortunately, many communications took place in effort to address this matter, which took time away from my vacation. This property could definitely be cleaner, as previously indicated in other reviews. The unit was dusty, had spots on the carpet, trash under one bed, and an odorous bathroom. I hope the above concerns can be improved for future guests because the rental is in a beautiful location by the golf course, overlooking a pond. It's a nice sized townhouse in a complex that felt safe. ##### Darcy W. We had 2 couples traveling together to watch the Packers play and take in some Nashville sites. The location was perfect with a quick 20 minute Uber to Broadway and yet far enough away from Broadway to find less crowded restaurants. We found a hidden gem called the Game Terminal which is fun for all ages! Went to Belle Meade Winery, Martins BBQ, and spent a good amount of time downtown. The condo served our needs well. Very clean, comfortable beds. My only comment would be that each room only had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay. Looked for extra washcloths but found none. A couple more would be great. Contacted Rose who was delightful and arranged to get everything taken care of. We finally checked into the rental 4 hours late. However, none of the carpets had been cleaned and the stair carpet really could use some attention. We used the vacuum to improve the cleanliness. They did give us some compensation.
