We loved it the first time. This time the elevator was broken multiple days so we were in the 4th floor without an elevator and front door codes were not working, people were loud and smoking excessive amount of pot. The pool area needs a furniture upgrade chairs were ripped and there wasn’t enough furniture to go around. I would recommend this for anyone situated 0.3 miles from the gulch district where you will find everything you need. 2 things for the price it should have better toilet paper not 1 ply. Second would be the lock is tricky I would recommend getting a different one it would never lock when we wanted it to took us sometimes 5 min extra just to lock the door. Opening was 50/50 lol the lock doesn't catch all the time it's a stupid design. At the end we found out going very slowly was a little better. ##### ruben S. Everything was great except the lock stoped working at 2;30 in the morning when we returned home from Broadway. The company could not get someone out to fix if till 9:00 the next morning. At 4:40 AM they finally put us in another room in the same building. No one had access to clothes, soap, makeup remover or medicine. If your going to use electronic locks you should have a back up plan if one fails. Decent company if everything is going well but handled this problem poorly. They did give me a 200 credit but in my opinion it did not make up for a lost night of sleep and ruined our plans for the next day due to being exhausted. ##### Tony J. The lock would not open with the code they gave us. Called the rental company and spent over an hour on the phone and it still did not work. Being that the rental was not even in Nashville they could not guarantee when they could get someone out to open the lock for us. It was clear that there were several attempts to break into the door prior to us being there so obviously this is a huge problem for them. There's not much else going on within a few blocks so don't expect to just walk across the street for coffee or something to eat, but that looks to change soon. 12 South almost two miles one way, and Broadway about a mile the other way. The Gulch is probably a twenty minute walk. I utilized Uber and scooters for most of my travel back and forth. The property gets a little beat up in public spaces buy my unit was clean (they just replaced the hallway carpet so someone is paying attention), modern and well maintained. ##### Kurt T. We couldn’t find one person to allow us into the room when we arrived to the building. Yes it was early, however the only thing we wanted to do was put our stuff in the room so we weren’t carrying it around Nashville on a 100+ degree day. Another patron who was staying there had just done the same exact thing & whoever he dealt with, was no where to be found; he knew we were waiting for him & he disappeared. So we went up to our room, there was a woman “inspecting” it for cleanliness who asked us to wait while she did. We waited maybe 2 minutes & then she allowed us to go in. The condo was FILTHY. We had to vacuum as soon as we walked in. Black mold around the toilet bowl, disgusting dirty towels/wash cloths, only 4 towels & 4 washcloths provided for 4 quests (2 of those towels & 2 of those wash cloths were filthy), no extra pillow cases, no sheets/blanket for sofa pullout, dirty shower, dirty stove top, blood on the comforter of the bed, mold in the keurig… ##### Chelsea M.
