This property was perfect. Lots of room. Loved that each bedroom had its own balcony. Each had its on bathroom, except the one on the very bottom floor. Loved the rooftop patio. Great views of the lake/river. The restaurant at the marina has great food. Not very far drive to Opryland area or downtown. Would definitely stay again. Just an FYI: lots of stairs/steps. If you’re someone with mobility issues, this would not be a good place for you to stay. For us, we really enjoyed our stay. This was a good spot for visiting a family friend. About 20 minutes outside of Downtown, it is a nice spot if you have a boat or better yet, know someone with a boat nearby. But the homeowner was ill and unable to rent to us at the last minute. Vacasa as the property management did a great job of getting us switched to this property. When we arrived, the previous renters had trashed the property and the poor cleaning guy was busting butt getting it ready for us. Once we were in, it's a nice little place to stay outside of Nashville, nicely decorated and plenty of space for us. ##### Kim M. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work even though they sent a technician to fix. Two of the stove knobs weren’t correct. Probably cleaned and put back on incorrectly. Three levels of stairs. If stairs are a problem, this isn’t the place for you. Very nice roof balcony. Overall, a nice place to stay. ##### Lynn K. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the upper deck. The only people I wouldnt recommend it to is someone that has trouble getting up or down stairs.
