We enjoyed our stay at the property! Great place to unwind at the end of the day, with ample common areas within the unit and without. The location, # of beds and bedrooms made our stay just easy peasy lemon squeezy! There is close proximity to trains (short trains I might add) but nothing we couldn't live with! The condo is exactly as listed. It was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Broadway which was super convenient. The check in process was easy- we downloaded an app on our phone to have access to the lobby, elevators, pool and our room. The property has luggage hold available if you are not able to check in when you arrive. We utilized the luggage hold upon check in and checkout due to our flight times. The property is within walking distance to Broadway. There is a homeless encampment near by, so there are a lot of homeless people out on the streets. However, we had no issues. We did use an Uber if we came back late at night, just to be safe. Overall, it was a fantastic property and we would definitely book again in the future! ##### Amber H. A little walking is required but very doable! Condo was really nice with all the necessities. Always had a parking spot, so we were able to come and go as pleased. One of the issues I had was one of the blinders for the primary room was broken and I couldn’t sleep well because it room was so bright. Contacted property manager and they told me they had a service scheduled to fix it but would be after my stay. We were not disappointed. The condo was perfect for our families, very spacious, clean and fully stocked with amenities we needed. The girls loved the loft bedroom. The walk to Broadway was quick and the neighbourhood felt safe. The communication with the rental company was fantastic, they kept in touch with us and answered any of my questions instantly. I was a little unfamiliar with latch check-in and didn't realize it was to the exact minute. Nearby area is questionable but close enough to walk to Broadway if you dont mind risking it. Only negative is the latch system with every single door, elevator, etc. there are so many different door,gate, elevator options it’s hard to know which one to use sometimes and could be overwhelming for some. If doors were labeled to match the latch system I think that would help but it’s still a little overkill in my opinion. Everything else great! ##### James S.
