Absolutely loved the bedrooms and the amount of space we had. The location is good but should be noted it is right next to a homeless shelter and the train. Due to the weather conditions during our stay, we opted to Uber, walking only one afternoon which took us approximately 15 minutes to reach Broadway and 2nd. Location is with walking distance to a lot of stuff right between The Gulch and downtown. Pros - Beds were very comfy, place was adorable and large enough to accommodate 10 ladies comfortably and the hyve/lounge/pool was really nice. Secure location and easy to walk to several restaurants and bars close by. Cons - There’s a short alley/road that you need to walk by with several homeless individuals right near the building. The trains going by were super loud in the middle of the night; hard not to wake up even with my noise machine. The only thing is the sheets didn’t look freshly washed. A couple of the beds had dirt and hair from the previous occupants. There were dirty crusty towels in the drawer in the bathroom, a pair of boxer underwear on the light in the bathroom. Someone had a little bit too much fun. How did the cleaners miss those things?
