Hotel was nice and clean. Not thrilled about the price to park in the garage as the price of the hotel should cover parking. Also, we went to leave and there were 2 piles of human feces right next to our car.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen area was great. The shuttle bus was wonderful with very nice drivers. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked the convenience of staying here. I did not like the bias customer service from one of the Guest Service Manager. People who work with the public should work on their people skills, especially when consumers are paying their hard earned monies.

Be prepared to pay $40.00 a night to park your car. Ice maker in fridge never worked. Called the front desk 3 times over 3 days No one ever looked at it water just runs out from under the fridge. They asked us to put a towel down to soak it up. This place cost us $375.00 a night. Look around and find a better hotel.

Very comfortable hotel. I've had great experiences at Homewood Suites hotels and this one was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great. The breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect! Clean, quiet, free shuttle around area, awesome breakfast with lots of options, cleaning crew were always around in the hallways in the am so we had no issues grabbing more towels, pool was a bonus! Bbq restaurant right out the back door

Spend your money at a nicer hotel
Charge $100 for incidentals but still not returned to me. Condition of building was subpar. Wall paper peeled throughout hotel. Empty product bottles in my room. Hotel fronts desk was unconcerned with helping or explaining last minute policy changes.

The 100 incidental deposit has been released from our end as there were no other charges other than the self parking charged to the room. This is typically expected to be returned to your account within 3-5 business days after you check out depending on your bank. We apologize that this was interpreted as a last minute policy change, as this has been our incidental policy for a few months now. Loved everything about our stay except the lack of the hot tub. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable ( we asked for close or connecting room and this was accommodated). The happy hour was amazing, got a whole meal!! The pool area was nice and a nice size pool. Would have loved a hot tub after a day of touring. Loved how easy it was to call for the shuttle so we didn't have to worry about parking downtown and various sites. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
