Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate. The Neighborhood: Although close to all of the action, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Walk 5-10 minutes to the hear of 8th and 12 South to discover its shops, boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, (Zanie's comedy club is a 5 minute walk), or venture into town to discover its live music scene. Getting Around: Quick/cheap Uber/Lyfts to anywhere. 15 minutes from BNA Airport, 5 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks, 3 minutes to the Gulch. Walkable to shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and clubs. Other Things to Note: \*\* While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street.
