Unheard of in Music Row Nashville :) The Space: This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you! \- modern design infused with authentic Nashville inspired decor \- a fully equipped kitchen \- 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- garden area to lounge and relax with friends! \- complimentary coffee \- community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit! \- 1 complimentary parking spot Bedroom Configuration: Studio: 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed Wheelchair accessible! We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Getting Around: Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The apartment had issues like no shower curtain and a faulty flushing toilet. It works but the check in process is too much. Very high pet fees at 100-300 and lots of steps to the paperwork.
