We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Getting Around: Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No bed linens, HVAC w/ ducts not hooked up, dirty linens piled on a chair, no toilet seat. It would be funny except it wasn't. We called immediately (& documented everything) just to told sorry they had no other units so they "were nice enough" to give us our back. We had to rent a hotel at way more money and give the groceries we just bought to some homeless people. Unfortunately VRBO wasn't helpful either, beyond work it out w/ the host. We did get our money for the rental, but lost money on groceries and more expensive last minute hotel room which is not the same for 4 women who wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, plus the first day/night ruined trying to find alternative lodging on our own and several hours on the phone w/ host and chat w/ VRBO. Still shocked over the whole thing and I am a loyal VRBO/Expedia member.
