The room itself was very nice. Person who checked me in was rude. Once I got to my room, 10 minutes later someone inserted their key and came into my room because the person at the front desk gave them the same room number!

Oh, my!! We are certainly sorry for that experience!! How dreadful! Let me, first and foremost, extend my most sincere and heartfelt apology for our "rude" front desk person on duty at the time of your arrival! This is a virtually unheard of comment. You may be sure that we take our reviews very seriously, and certainly so when it involves a member of our staff! This will be investigated, as we first and foremost, expect our guests to enjoy a polite, friendly staff experience. Thank you for sharing. We, too, of course, are most apologetic that your room was inadvertently entered by another, per your comments. Insofar as your room being mistaken for an empty guestroom by a staff person...well, let me just say that you may be sure that the surprise was as shocking to the new arrival as it was to you, and even more disturbing to our staff person! Nothing can be more embarrassing, I assure you! A tragic mistake, to be sure, and we are most apologetic that it happened to you. Please forgive us, and come back for another, better experience. and allow us to serve you as our guest once again.
