Mark and Scarlett are amazing hosts. Their communication is thorough, prompt and spot on. They made the whole experience seamless, and they were extremely pleasant to work with all the way from the booking process to the checkout process. I had a couple issues arise and they were quick and kind to accommodate. The apartment is in a perfect location in the middle of a very happening neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants and shops. It's bustling during the day, but really shuts down and goes quiet by 10 pm, which was perfect for sleep and relaxation. The apartment was spacious and open, with nice tall celings, and felt good. We did find the pillows to be next level uncomfortable. Lol. I had intended to bring my own pillows but forgot. You may want to keep this in mind if a good pillow is important to your sleep. Bring your favorite pillow from home! The bed itself was very comfortable. The building in general was also very quiet. There's an elevator, for which my knees were incredibly thankful. And it was sooo easy to get everywhere we needed to go while we were in Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Nashville. When we return, we'll definitely stay here!
