This place is a dump! The handles of the bathroom faucet comes off when you touch it, the sink drains as slow as molasses and the beds are concrete! Never again!!!!

First we get into our room it smells like mold and the carpet was wet maybe the hottube was missing nobs the room felt dirty and moist the tv is outdated the bed was hard as a rock and very lumpy the pool was out of order they didnt infrom us nor was there signs i asked for a refund due to all these problems and was refused

Very nice property, just think your party RM should be on ground floor away from guest bedrms. Got a little noisy on the 3rd floor night we were there.

The entire place was very outdated and just felt dirty. Even the hot tub in our room was super outdated. The toilet seat was torn up and scratched terribly. Needs some improvement. Won’t be using comfort inn ever again.

There were a few ants in the bathroom, the ottoman had staples sticking out of the side that my toddler cut her hand on. A few of the employees I interacted with seemed like they couldn’t be bothered, except for the young black girl that we spoke with when we checked out.

Location was good. Renovation in process with wet paint smell on every floor. HVAC did not work ran all the time with you either freezing or sweating too death. Shower wouldn’t drain and ran out of shower curtain soaking everything. Phones didn’t work. Coffee pot broken and leaked everywhere. Pool out of order. Just a bad experience with the staff all new and no manager to be found. Bills all messed up! Overall just an awful experience!

The hotel hasn't been remodeled in some time, which is fine considering the rooms are at the time of writing this around 60$ a night. However the breakfast options could be a lot better, they don't even have eggs. Mostly high carb options like biscuits, waffles, and bagels is what they have

The staff seemed to keep the basic property clean, but the furnishings and carpet were very worn. Looked like many of the doors had been spray painted without covering the carpet, etc. You may be getting ready to do an update of carpet and other items, but signage should be displayed saying that. There also were open areas of drywall, where we could tell repairs were in process. Also, we had reserved at this property, because it had a pool, but the pool was closed without warning.

Great location and staff is nice. Hotel itself is desperately in need of a full renovation. Everything is from the 90s and has aged poorly. Unpleasant and unexpected smells can be found all over the place. Fraying carpet, holes in walls, scuffed furniture, etc. I think the staff does a good job keeping the place as clean as they can given what they have to work with; housekeeping is particularly good. If you really need to stay in Franklin and are on a tight budget then I suppose you could stay here, but I definitely wouldn't stay again if the hotel was in the same condition it is now. If management is reading this, please consider advocating to corporate to renovate.

The property is on a great area but it needs a ton. It is filthy, there are damaged items everywhere including the ceilings and it is extremely outdated. The bedding was so dirty with huge stains on it. We reserved a room with a hot tub and it was terrible. The plastic is yellowed like its from 1970 and the buttons where broke to the point that if you wanted to use it you had to poke an empty hole and hope you touched the remnants of a button.

Don't stay here!!! Horrible, unclean, not custome!
If you can afford a different hotel, do so. Avoid this place. The checkin was horrible, they put me in an occupied, dirty room. Then they put me in a room I would not house my dog in, it was dirty and in bad condition. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom light did not work. The ice maker was broken. The bathtub would not drain very well so I had to stand in dirty water. The sink was missing the plug. The clientele was schetch and looked like zombies. Maybe the gov uses this place for the homeless. The TV was real small and not 4K for sure, very limited set of channels. Lots of noise. The breakfast was uneatable. And they charged me more than the reservation cost.

Disappointed in the promoted "hot breakfast". After 30 minutes there was no eggs or meat left, and never replenished. Had one biscuit and luke warm gravy. No fruit, no yogart, little selection and no "attendant" to provide service. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room as "average".

Terrible!!
This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in! Everything was dirty or worn out - carpet, furniture, elevator. It appeared that they had recently done some renovations, but there was no evidence of ongoing remodeling. In our room, there were 4 vanity lights over the sink, and only one was working. The television in the sitting area would not come on. One of the lamps would not come on. The phones in the room were not working. The bath towels in the room when we got there were small, thin gym towels. The next night o asked for clean bath towels, but there was only ONE available! After our first night, I reported to the desk clerk the issues with the vanity lights, TV, and lamp. She made no attempt to write them down and didn’t even ask my room number. I told her our room number and she said she would make sure those things were taken care of that day. When we returned to the room in the evening, nothing had been done to address the issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I loved the hotel looked nice and the people were so nice, unfortunately I developed a nasty cough after being in the hotel for a few hours. My husband is a musician so I went to pick him up from his show and he started coughing in the room as well neither of us were sick prior to entering the room so we left at 2am and drove home we no longer had trouble with coughing or breathing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it necessary for health reasons..

This is obviously an old hotel. There was a smell of pain in the hallways, with a wet paint sign on one of the doors. The place still needs work. Our room smelled musty. Also, we were afraid to use the shower, because there was mold in the corner. We went to the breakfast area shortly after 7AM, and the hot food was gone, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. The same guy was working the front desk the whole time, and he was very nice. We brought the mold to his attention. The bed was comfy. Overall the place is adequate for a night stay (like we did), but I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

Needs work. Hallways recently painted and carpet was used as drop cloth. It was very dirty. Our room smelled like smoke. We had 2 towels for 3 people and were told there wasn't any more clean ones. No extra pillows available either. Food crumbs were still on the couch. Pool was ice cold w no clean towels, but wet dirty ones on the floor. On the plus, except for the couch, the room seemed clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude, and there was mold all over the bathroom walls and ceiling. The pillow cases were gross and stained with what looked like makeup.
