Open kitchens & spacious living areas, they serve as gathering spots for everyone to enjoy. Each home features 6 bedrooms w/ multiple sleeping arrangements, totaling 14 beds (including bunk beds and 1 air mattress). With 4 full bathrooms and 4 half baths located throughout. \*We have 4 additional town homes in this complex if needed! We have a massive living, dining and kitchen area all in one open area that your group can hang out and enjoy at each home. You will gain access to the home via a house code that we create specifically for you. That code will be sent to you with your check in instructions a few weeks prior to your arrival and you may share that code with your group if you wish. YOU WON\`T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SHARING OR LOSING A KEY! :) We will not bother you but will be available during your stay if you need anything or have any questions. We use a contactless check-in/check-out method, you\`ll just need to door code which we will provide. We are located just off of 8th Ave South (a little over 2 miles South of downtown). The immediate area allows for you to walk to multiple bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and a park! You are welcome to bring a car and use the garage but if you prefer not to drive, UBER/LYFT are always available 24 hours and are typically less than a 5 minute wait. If you have a large group we have 4 additional/similar units that are all connected in this small development. You can add on as many as you like as long as they are available. \*\*If you would like a Nashville recording artist to come to our home and play a private acoustic set of your favorite songs and even some originals, please just ask us how.
