Pretty, well-equipped 3-room villa with 2 terraces. 5 people. Pets welcome (extra charge €10).  
  
Ground floor: Access to the living room, sofa, flat screen TV (German channels) and access to the rear terrace, toilet.  
Next to it is a beautiful kitchen with dining area equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, 1 refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, classic coffee machine and Senseo.  
  
First floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 with balcony, each with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 dressing area with extra bed (1 person).  
Bathroom with shower and toilet.  
  
  
Rental of sheets and/or towels on reservation

Narbonne-Plage is a seaside town situated at the foot of untouched countryside  
and vineyards with large sandy beaches and lots to do and see. The villa is located in a calm, residential area of Narbonne-Plage, only 2 mins walk from the beach. With many cafes and restaurants facing the beach, you can enjoy a glass of local wine while watching the Mediterranean sun set.  
A 5 min drive will bring you to Gruissan with its numerous shops, bars and marina and a 15 minute drive will take you to the Roman town of Narbonne. A 40 minutes drive to either Béziers, Carcassonne or Perpignan, gives you a choice of 3 airports to fly into.
