Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

"Excellent hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which was a blend of eastern and western - totally worth it. Rooms were spacious, staff was gracious. Location is a big tougher as there isn't too much around, but if you're planning to do Disney and looking for a hotel that's reasonably close ..."
