Sitting on a direct access canal to Naples Bay on Bayshore Drive. Adjacent to the Bayshore Inn & Docks where you will have included access to their pool, large screened-in lanai, and additional docks. The cottage has a private screened-in lanai and gas grill. The cottage has a full kitchen with dining and seating for up to six guests. There is a walk-out screened-in lanai from the master bedroom with seating and a gas grill. A heated pool is located next door at the adjacent Bayshore Inn & Docks for guests to use. Relax in the sun by the canal or plan trips just a few miles to the beach, Tin City, or 5th Avenue for shopping or dining. On site washer and dryer are located in the room entered from the carport. They are available for use by guests. Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $75\. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved - any damage done by pets is the responsibility of the pet's owner. No Smoking in the cottage is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside the cottage has occurred. No Smoking. No extra guests.
