Probably a very nice property in it's day. Rooms were very clean, staff very nice. However, the whole place is a little worn and showing it's age. Lot of traffic noise being close to a main street.

The pool was big, inviting and clean. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The staff was responsive to our needs especially when our key cards stopped working multiple times. Overall, it’s convenient and met our needs.

The staff is welcoming. The rooms are clean and well furnished and equipped but showing age. The only onsite food available is coffee, juice and muffins. The grounds are lovely and the pool is wonderful. We would go back for a short stay.

Price was high for mediocre place. Tub was dirty. Coffee maker in room was difficult to operate. Bathroom was tiny. Easy to hear conversation in next room.

This is a motel, not a hotel. landscaping and pool area were really nice. Room was very dirty with what looked like blood on the wall and ceiling above sink and our feet were black if we walked across the room floor in barefoot.

Highs and lows - mostly highs
I thought this had a holiday inn vibe with Marriott beds - linens and pillows and mattresses were on point - wifi, pool and deck all awesome - loved the 24hour coffee in the front, parking literally outside my door, tv great - only thing that was dated was the bathroom/shower area in the room. awesome location not terribly far from the beach or downtown

the ads showed pictures of this wonderful breakfast bar and all the wonderful reviews to go along with it. unfortunately they did not update their website when collins bought the place. there is no breakfast bar that is pictured...they have packaged blueberry muffins..oj...and coffee...big whoop. Thank God there is an Einstein brothers next door and a Blueberry cafe down the street.

The rooms appear semi clean but need a refresh. Rust in the door hinges and tub drain. The staff wasn’t engaging during any interaction and had to return 3 times because the keys didn’t work (no it wasn’t due to being close to a phone, credit card or anything else). I’d recommend the property but I don’t think it’s a 3 star.

The first room we were offered was not very clean and the curtains were ripped. We explained our disappointment to one of the senior staff and he assigned us a good room overlooking the pool and gardens. Much better and he was very helpful.

The coffee pot in our room did not work and the toilet ran constantly and was so loud we had to turn the water to it off at night. I told the front desk about these issues and was told someone would come to the room but nothing was done about it.

I love the swimming pool, clean and no rowdy customers, very relaxing. The area is safe as its a retirement community so there were no loud "BOOM BOOM" sounds coming form the cars or rooms.
