Bonjour, Nous avons récemment séjourné dans le logement réservé via Expedia. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été très décevante : Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a causé de nombreux désagréments. Il fallait avoir des clefs pour accéder à la salle de bain et à la climatisation, ce qui n’était pas indiqué sur l’annonce et donc nous a déranger alors que nous nous attendions au minimum a chaque logement, celui ci était le plus insupportable. Le prix du logement est très élevé pour les prestations proposées. Aucune cuisine n’était disponible, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans la description sur Expedia. Cela nous a obligé à manger à l'extérieur pendant tout le séjour, engendrant des frais supplémentaires. En résumé, nous avons payé pour un logement qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce, et qui était nettement en dessous des standards attendus pour ce prix.
