Good morning Mr. Anonymous."Technical" problems unfortunately can happen to anyone and at any time, in Naples it rained a lot and this caused the power generator to trip (we have an in-house maintainer who very quickly rerpisted the problem).The front desk is active from 8 am to midnight.After midnight there is always a person in the hotel (may not be at the front desk but there are several phone numbers in the room to call in case of need).We are sorry you found the room in the dirty (room cleaning is daily and we change bed and bath towels every 2 days and rely on an outside company to wash and sanitize everything).However, we are glad that you appreciated the strategic location of the Hotel and its Staff.Have a great day

Dear guest, we are sorry for the incident but you could have easily reported the inconvenience and any issues you encountered during your stay to the hotel staff, without leaving thanking them and then requesting a refund at the end of your stay.All linens in the hotel are sanitized and disinfected on a daily basis perhaps the smell she smelled is simply what the linen company uses to disinfect.Subsequent guests did not report as she did any issues involving the shower head, they used it quietly.The resort tax that our guests are required to pay is not imposed by us, any hotel you go to you will be required to pay the tax.Anyway we apologize for the inconvenience, we will check all shower heads frequently and try to make our guests' stay better and better.
