Nestled near Naples on a southwest Florida island, this private condo offers everything you'll need for a relaxing tropical vacation - including an owner on Marco Island who is available 24/7 any time of year.

Our condo is a lovely one bedroom/one bathroom unit across the street from the Marriott hotel and the City-maintained paved beach access path that is available 24/7. While not affiliated with the Marriott Hotel, there are many publicly available businesses at the Marriott, such as restaurants and shopping court. This condo looks out over the heated swimming pool and tennis court. It is located on the second floor, which is accessible via elevator or stairs. The unit has been totally renovated to include: a kitchen with Corian style counter tops, appliances, a bath with Corian style vanity, tile flooring throughout, furniture, flat panel living room TV, as well as a flat panel bedroom TV with DVD, and free WiFi. You will find beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach cooler on wheels, and beach towels. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom that has a double-door walk-in shower with tiled seating. Compare to Marriott's $$$$$+ rates.

Great place to stay in Marco!
This unique property, while a part of the condominium, was set apart as its own suite so there was no noise from adjoining rooms. It is very conveniently located, and I would definitely stay again!

Marco Island condo
Property was well kept and clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher and many dishes to use. The unit also had items for us to use on the beach , which is across the street. The unit does have a pool and is located close to many restaurants and super markets. We rented a car for our trip which made it easy to travel around. I believe that you can also rent golfcarts to get around. The condo was enjoyable and comfortable.

Awesome Location
The place was clean and quiet. It was right across from a beach access so the walk to the beach was great. Chairs, coolers and towels available. The washer and dryer on location was also convenient and you didn’t need cash. Perfect place for our trip.

Great location and complex but…
If you can’t do a beachfront property, this complex is great! It is immediately across street from a public access. The grounds and pool was well kept. Pool heated very warm! The owner was very easy to work with but the condo is in need of a deep clean and update. Things the pictures didn’t show, a large person cannot get into the RV size bathroom. The doorway is 24” wide. Sitting on the toilet, one elbow touches the shower and the other touches the vanity. The sheets on the bed were worn out and pilled with a large stain on them, but there was a second set that was ok so we switched. There is no clothing storage or dresses. We went out and bought new pillows. Condo pillows were flat. Clothes must be hung in the one closet with beach toys, brooms, etc. trim work and vents need deep clean . Ceiling has cracks and everything needs a fresh coat of paint.Black mold growing in grout in bathroom. No outdoor balcony space. Can’t open blinds due to location of condo looking right at other condos and people walking by. It could be a really cute space with updates though. We happened to meet some other people who had rented it a couple of years ago and they too talked about how it needed revamped. Her comment was “ I’m so sorry you have that one. We had it 2 years ago.“ If you prefer to cook in, there is no oven. I took pictures of these things but there is no place to post them in this review. The television was very small.
